Saatchi & Saatchi LA Streamlines Workflow with TACTIC

Leading ad agency leverages TACTIC’s flexibility to create digital “garage” of files and to streamline internal and external workflows

Toronto, Canada – Southpaw Technology, a leading developer of production asset management (PAM) technology for digital content creation (DCC) companies, announced today that its production asset management system TACTIC has been deployed by the Los Angeles arm of one of the world’s leading advertising agencies, Saatchi & Saatchi, in order to manage and track thousands of digital files, as well as to simplify production workflow.

TACTIC removes the burden of managing huge volumes of data during the creation process by linking assets and production data together in one intuitive, Web-based solution. This unique combination of asset and production management ensures that the entire team knows where important files are, which file is the most current version, who is working on which file, and the status of every file. Currently Saatchi & Saatchi LA’s 3D department is using TACTIC to store and organize an extensive database of virtual parts, props and locations for one of its automotive clients. TACTIC enhances the agency’s unique offering by enabling its 3D team to find files faster and quickly assemble thousands of product configurations, as well as digitize and automate 3D workflows across massive internal and multi-vendor productions.
