Digistor was recognised at the awards ceremony at Autodesk's recent channel conference by winning the prestigious "Customer Satisfaction Program Award" for 2012.

We'd like to thank all our valued customers for helping us win the award with their positive feedback regarding Digistor's level of service and support during 2012.

Digistor #1 Autodesk Supplier for Austalia & NZ

This award confirms Digistor's position as the #1 Autodesk supplier for superior service and support across the entire Autodesk partner network in Australia and NZ. This award is seen as the most prestigious award from the evening as it recognises Digistor's unrivalled commitment to customer satisfaction and service.

"Autodesk closely monitors their customers' level of satisfaction with channel partners through a formal survey process and we're extremely pleased our efforts in customer service are being recognised by our customers," said Managing Director, Andrew Mooney. "Digistor takes customer satisfaction very seriously and continuously strives to improve customer service. We'll be delighted if we can collect the award next year."

Digistor is Autodesk's only Australian partner to provide the total Autodesk animation and finishing product ranges - from 3ds MAX through to Smoke and Flame.

"Customers come to Digistor because we have unrivalled skill and experience across the full range of media and entertainment production technologies and techniques," explained Andrew. "They keep coming back because we offer superior customer support as this award validates."

With coverage Australia-wide, Digistor is in the unique position to provide support beyond the Sydney head office. This gives customers, expeically those with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, confidence by getting to know their local Digistor staff and knowing the company's resources are close at hand.

Industry Support

Digistor continues to support the industry with regular events and training, sponsorship of the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AMIA), sponsorship of the Australian Screen Editors (ASE), sponsorship of the Australian Video Producers Association (AVPA) and attendance at major industry exhibitions and conferences.

"We succeed only when our customers are successful," added Andrew. "Digistor supports and is also an integral part of the production community."
