Avid 3D Stereoscopic Workflow

Avid Media Composer, the world’s most advanced film and video editing system, now delivers full support of 3D stereoscopic workflow. At this event, Digistor and Avid will demonstrate how you can acquire, edit and display 3D stereoscopic material.

Learn how content can be displayed with stereo monitoring capabilities in both the composer window and full screen playback - eliminating the need for costly conforms previously required to screen 3D material.

The presentation will be a combination of workflow discussion and practical product demonstration using Avid MetaFuze and Media Composer 4.0 and will explain the process of taking “left and right eye” footage and transforming it into stereoscopic files suitable for editing and viewing in 3D on today’s latest 3D display panels.

The presentation will showcase JVC's full HD 3D LCD monitor, featuring JVC's own "3D visual engine" in a large 46-inch screen.
