Marketing PersonMarketing Assistant

Location: Artarmon, Sydney, NSW

Digistor is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Assistant to support the company's marketing activities. The primary focus of the Marketing Assistant will be to provide support for the development and execution of projects designed to maximise company profits, including sales strategies, marketing campaigns, marketing materials, digital content and events.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Marketing Manager and assist with every aspect of the marketing mix from events through to data-driven digital marketing, eCommerce and SEM. This position provides an ideal launch-pad for a marketing career and will provide exposure and responsibilities and training across the full range of marketing activities including:

  • Assisting the Marketing Manager, internal teams, external agencies, clients and partners on marketing strategy and campaign execution
  • Event coordination and promotion
  • Assisting with marketing activity planning, design, creation, execution and reporting – including Google Ads, digital and social media campaigns
  • Assisting with the design, development and distribution of marketing and promotional material including web pages, email marketing, social media posts, advertising, press releases, customer case studies, blogs, on-line promotions and other content
  • Monitoring active marketing programs
  • Providing administrative support for marketing activities
  • Working with the latest tools for digital marketing
  • Producing and managing website content

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to utilise all of the following knowledge and attributes:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including copy writing and proofreading

Sales Consultant

Location: Artarmon, Sydney, NSW

Currently we are seeking a Sales Consultant who will augment our already highly experienced team by selling to, servicing and supporting selected and allocated customer accounts from within the digital media market but with an emphasis on the broadcast, production, post production and VFX markets.

The successful candidate will also:

  • identify and actively seek new, high calibre customers from within the above and the broader digital media markets
  • create, develop and manage ongoing business relationships with both customers and key vendors
  • achieve (and hopefully exceed) the assigned revenue targets and gross profit goals

Duties of the role include:

  • maintaining a detailed working knowledge of Digistor's market segments
  • expanding upon and maintaining a good knowledge of products and solutions applicable to customers and organisations within the digital media market
  • working with Digistor's technical solutions architect resources to determine and provide solutions that ultimately fulfil customer requirements to the highest degree
  • developing and nurturing meaningful business relationships with both existing and prospective customers and vendors
  • researching and developing new market opportunities
  • preparing quotes, customer presentations and undertaking outbound sales activities
  • participation at company, industry and vendor specific events and trade shows
