Marketing PersonMarketing Coordinator

Location: Artarmon, Sydney, NSW

Digistor is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Coordinator to support the company's marketing activities. The primary focus of the Marketing Coordinator will be to provide support for the development and execution of projects designed to maximise company profits, including sales strategies, marketing campaigns, marketing materials, digital content and events.

Casual Support Engineer

Digistor is looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and energetic Support Engineer to provide high level technical services to our valued clients in the digital media sector.

  • Workshop maintenance and service activities as required

Sales Consultant

Location: Artarmon, Sydney, NSW

Currently we are seeking a Sales Consultant who will augment our already highly experienced team by selling to, servicing and supporting selected and allocated customer accounts from within the digital media market but with an emphasis on the broadcast, production, post production and VFX markets.

The successful candidate will also:

  • identify and actively seek new, high calibre customers from within the above and the broader digital media markets
  • create, develop and manage ongoing business relationships with both customers and key vendors
  • achieve (and hopefully exceed) the assigned revenue targets and gross profit goals

Duties of the role include:

  • maintaining a detailed working knowledge of Digistor's market segments
  • expanding upon and maintaining a good knowledge of products and solutions applicable to customers and organisations within the digital media market

eCommerce Coordinator (Part Time)

Location: Artarmon, Sydney, NSW

Digistor is seeking a part-time (3 days per week or equivalent hours) eCommerce Coordinator to develop and maintain content for our Magento and WordPress eCommerce stores. The successful applicant will be able to work independently to execute strategies to grow our on-line business revenue.

The successful candidate will:

  • Source current information from suppliers
  • Determine the products to be listed and uploading those products to the websites
  • Create and maintain product content
  • Ensure metadata and shopping feed content is complete and optimised
  • Review and set competitive pricing
  • Update social media and create content
  • Update banners and featured product listing
  • Manage the online chat with the objective of helping the customer to place an order
  • Monitor and respond to Digistor's Shop Online emails/reviews

Duties of the role include:

Junior Support Engineer

Location: Artarmon, Sydney, NSW

We are offering an excellent chance join our team in an 'entry level' position which will provide the successful candidate with an outstanding opportunity to build on your technical/digital media skills and interest, whilst you work closely with an exceptional team of experienced specialist professionals and high quality customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities would include:

  • Internal IT tasks
  • Technical workshop tasks, including pre-build and testing tasks as directed
