MICOMM is a leading communications company providing solutions for mining and industry. One of their core business services includes scripting, shooting and editing video presentations for training, health, safety, corporate, recruitment and project management purposes.

MICOMM has been using Avid systems since 1988 and recently upgraded their Xpress Pro system to include a new Avid Media Composer Mojo DX and SANman SAS Cube from Digistor.

"Digistor gave us great guidance as to which system would be the best and most cost effective for our needs," explained Orin Lucke, Audio & Visual Production Co-ordinator. "They offered various solutions for a non-linear editing system that would work well for us - across Mac and PC platforms."

The Media Composer Mojo DX system with high speed hard disk storage supported their existing workflow and integrated into the existing system. It has delivered high definition editing for a very reasonable price.
