David Leopold
Director of Sales, Media & Entertainment, LucidLink
David has served as an editor, motion graphics artist, producer, post supervisor and nearly everything in between in the media and entertainment industry. Over the past two decades he has worked with some of the biggest names in television, most recently at ViacomCBS where he has created content of all types including long-form series, short form digital, concert specials, promo campaigns and the 2014 documentary feature R.E.M. by MTV. In recent years, his focus has shifted devising and implementing solutions to the challenges of the creative community. In his current role with LucidLink, Leopold brings remote collaboration solutions to the global creative community.
Darius Family
Founder and Managing Director, Post Lab IO
Over the last five years, Darius has grown Post Lab IO from a single person operation to a team of 4 full-time, partnering with Melbourne colourist Nicholas Hower and establishing the company as a serious contender in the Australian picture post-production scene. Post Lab IO primarily works on feature films and documentaries and engages heavily with producers to deliver an end-to-end workflow that starts in development and continues through production, editorial, post, delivery and beyond. Post Lab IO's work includes Paper City, Ablaze, Voices in Deep, Phil Liggett: The Voice of Cycling, Television Event, Lone Wolf, My First Summer, West of Sunshine, Strange Colours and SBS On Demand's Homecoming Queens.
Jon Barrie
A/NZ Strategic Development Manager CC for Video, Adobe
Jon began his Adobe life in 2009 as an Industry Ambassador, becoming the A/NZ Adobe Video Specialist in 2011 before migrating into the Strategic Business Unit where he brings 20+ years of post-production experience with Adobe solutions to Broadcast, Film and Video Creators across Australia and New Zealand. In supporting the community of Adobe users in Australia he launched the APVUG facebook user group and began in 2020 a weekly live stream on Youtube and Facebook called the Adobe Video CHiNWAG discussing and demonstrating specific topics with co-hosts and guest speakers.
